First meal in Hong Kong during my March 2011 trip – at the (in)famous Australia Dairy Company at Parkes Street, Jordan. The restaurant is famous for its Hong Kong style breakfast & brunch, popular among the locals and visited by many foreign travellers too.

This was my second visit to the eatery; my first was way back in 2007. As far as I could tell, nothing much had changed in these few years – its scramble-eggs-toasts still nice, the coffee-tea and pasta just average. You can try out its dairy products too; my travel buddy kinda liked that (I’m not a fan of dairy stuff so I didn’t bother trying).

The restaurant’s environment is probably the biggest attraction for foreign travellers though – everything seems to move at faster pace in Hong Kong, and the restaurant is an epitome for the fast pace culture of the oriental metropolis.
